Reviews get more collaborative this week. Your team can discuss an artifact right where the work lives, work from the same filtered list of goals, and decide which meetings Brev learns from.

New

  • Comments on artifacts. Anyone can comment and reply in threads directly on an artifact, so review feedback stays next to the numbers it is about.
  • Shareable goal views. Save a private goals view, then share it with specific people or teams. Everyone works from the same filtered list.
  • You decide which meetings feed goal alignment. Go to Settings, AI & agents, Meeting agent and pick the meeting types that count. 1:1s are left out by default, so private conversations do not feed company-level insights.
  • Edit goals without opening them. Right-click any goal in a list to change its status, owner, type, time period or tags, or to add a check-in.
  • Notifications move to Slack when you connect. Connecting the Brev coworker in Slack sends your check-in reminders, meeting recaps and mentions there, and turns off the duplicate emails.

Improved

  • Meeting hosts can edit every action from their meeting, not only their own. Triage all the follow-ups in one pass.
  • The "Join meeting" reminder shows once per meeting, in one tab, closes itself after a short countdown, and does not come back after you join or the meeting ends.
  • Admins can rename the "Goals" area to match your framework, for example OKRs or Rocks. The new name shows everywhere.
  • Profile pages have a larger photo, a clearer header, and actions on every tab. The header stays in place on your phone.
  • Hover any avatar, name or @mention to see the same profile card, with a link to the full profile.
  • Google Workspace profile photos show up and stay current each time you sign in.
  • Profiles list only the teams a person belongs to or owns.
  • A refreshed palette and more consistent buttons, dialogs, menus and page headers. Longer menu labels no longer get cut off.

Fixed

  • Action items from meetings with long summaries could go missing.
  • The Check-ins card on a goal could be cut off after scrolling.
