v5.18.3 · September 29, 2026

Two things you should never have to wonder about: whether an action assigned to you made it to your list, and whether a private meeting stayed private.

New

  • Agendas only use what everyone can see. Meeting agendas now draw only on actions and recaps that every attendee already has access to. Details from private meetings in the same series stay private.
  • Nothing goes missing from My Actions. Actions created for you from meetings or through the API always appear. The app now checks itself against the server and fills in anything it missed.
  • Actions update live for everyone. When you, a teammate or the Operator creates, dismisses or approves an action, it shows in your other tabs and on teammates' screens right away. No reload.

Improved

  • After the Operator imports your goals, you get one clear View goals button. The import shows a running counter from the first second.
  • The welcome tour names the goals you are looking at: your company's, your team's, or yours.
  • Typing ->, =>, != or <= in notes, agendas and check-ins turns into the matching symbol. Backspace undoes it.
  • Google Meet meetings show the Google Meet logo on join buttons and meeting cards.

Fixed

  • If a bulk goal delete partly fails, Brev tells you and restores the goals that were not deleted, instead of hiding them.
  • Line breaks added with Shift+Enter in comments and check-ins no longer show stray backslashes, including on older comments.
  • The "Manage email preferences" link in sample recap emails now works.
  • Dropping a file onto Brev while a page is loading no longer navigates you away.
