Brev Operator

• Ask about your meetings and get the answer in one shot — "my last meeting", "what's happening right now", "when's my next 1:1", or a meeting by name — instead of watching the assistant hunt through upcoming meetings first.
• The assistant starts every conversation already knowing your workspace, so a first question about goals or meetings gets a real answer rather than a request to upload a file — and when a transcript isn't available, it tells you exactly why.
• Turning a meeting or cadence into a document now works on the first try, and when the assistant writes a document, the preview opens on it and stays on whatever you chose to view.
• Importing goals from large PDF files now completes reliably instead of stalling.

Slack & Microsoft Teams

• DM the Brev app in Slack and get real answers from Brev Operator, drawing on your goals and data just like the web app — and if your Slack account isn't linked to Brev yet, it tells you so instead of staying silent.
• Conversations in Slack and Teams are now remembered: a follow-up like "what about last quarter?" picks up where you left off, and those chats appear in your recent conversations on the web.
• Message the Teams bot "home" or "today" for "Your Brev today" — yesterday's meetings, goals waiting on a check-in, and your open actions in one card.
• Asking Brev a question in Slack or Teams now shows a thinking indicator right away, and the answer replaces it in place — no more silent waiting.
• Your Slack and Teams reminder switches are reachable even if your team hasn't set a check-in rhythm yet, and changing that rhythm no longer quietly switches a channel off behind your back.
• Picking Slack channels no longer trips over deleted or archived ones, and a failed Microsoft Teams connection now explains what actually went wrong — including when you simply cancelled it.

Meetings

• Past meetings that were wrongly flagged as cancelled when a recurring series was renamed or rescheduled are back in your meeting lists and timelines — transcripts, agendas, and effectiveness scores intact — however long the series has been running.
• Meeting recaps are stamped with the time the meeting was actually recorded, so a recap can no longer arrive labelled with a slot that hasn't happened yet.
• Narrowing your AI meeting agent's auto-join setting now warns you first and says how many already-scheduled recordings it would cancel — and switching the agent off and back on restores your previous choice instead of quietly downgrading it.

Views & Reporting

• Reports export to CSV and Excel exactly as filtered on screen, and can now be compared against earlier periods so you can see whether adoption, on-track rates, and attainment are moving.
• Admins can choose whether views default to only the most granular current time period or to every active one — annual objectives no longer vanish from a view when quarterly periods are open — and views keep following the current period unless you deliberately pin one.
• The Teams On Track, Ownership & Cascade, and Attainment reports open reliably again, with headers on one line, comparison periods in the familiar order, and a properly rendered Export button.

General

• A tab left open for hours no longer goes quietly stale: when your session expires, Brev detects it and restores you automatically instead of silently pausing updates.
• The "Ask Brev anything" button no longer covers the bottom of your lists — the last row on every page scrolls clear so its controls stay clickable.
